Connection

My Wi-Fi board status never switches to CONNECTED, but connects to my Wi-Fi network

Make sure you Wi-fi access point allows egress connection to the internet over ports:

  • UDP: 123 (NTP)
  • TCP: 8883

I cannot see my board connecting the new Wi-Fi network

If the board cannot connect to a configured Wi-Fi network (bad configuration for instance…), it will attempt to connect to the default network CentiWifi.

Then, restore CentiWifi access point and retry configuring your network.

Otherwise, check “Recovering board connectivity” documentation.

Could I use my own RS485/Modbus Gateway ?

Actually no. Serial Boards do not use standard Modbus commands (Set/Read registers…). The protocol involved is complex and is not meant to be shared.

I own Cloudgate already. Can I configure it with Centiloc firmware ?

No. The material is meant to be maintained and monitored by Centiloc. It allows distant updates, configuration…

We have made this choice because of the complexity to operate boards with this connectivity.

OnPremise

I cannot open CENTUI url in my browser because of Connection refused

If you cannot show CENTUI after following all steps. Please, on your computer open the browser and clear browsing data, cached images and files.
