Inventory data

This page describes how to retrieve inventory and production data.

This concerns the 2 tiles below. These feature similar rendering:

Inventory shows the content of your boards, furnitures (static inventory) at a specific date, while Production shows the number of products enrolled in a period.

1. Connect to Dataui

Your first connection to Dataui is described in previous section and is the same as Centui.

Let’s browse https://demo.dataui.centiloc.com, and log in with your configured account.

Change demo with your tenant name.

This page shows what you can retrieve information. It uses sample data put in scene for the need of this document.

To use this page by yourself, you will need to setup board and enrol items first.

2. Inventory

2.1. Customizing the view

You can filter the data to limit the number of items to consider:

2.2. Use view to gather operating information

You can also customize the inventory view to retrieve interesting information.

Below, for example, we look for expiration date, searching for product close to end-date. Then, we group by product and furniture to quickly find the problematic products.

Centiloc only provides simple way to access a user-friendly information. The features describe here assumes you have performed a complete enrolment, and that you stores job-related information in geocore platform.

At scale, you should consider integrating a complete ERP, WMS… solution which allows more job-specific routine creation.

3. Production

Production works in a similar way as Inventory, so that it allows you to display a number of products that have been enrolled during a period.

This is an interesting tool to help you track the flow of production, of order management.

The same way as Inventory, you can ask to dynamically group information per data labels the items enrolled are carrying.
